How do I subscribe to a meal plan?
Download The Dabba app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, choose your preferred plan (weekly or monthly), enter your delivery address, and complete the payment. Your first meal will be delivered on the next available delivery day!
What time are meals delivered?
Meals are delivered fresh every evening between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll receive a notification when your delivery is on the way, and you can track your driver in real-time through the app.
Can I skip a meal?
Yes! You can skip any meal up to 6 hours before the delivery time. When you skip, you'll receive $8 wallet credit that can be used for future orders. Simply go to your upcoming meals in the app and tap "Skip" on the day you want to miss.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout Halifax Regional Municipality, including Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and surrounding areas. Enter your address in the app to confirm we deliver to your location. We're expanding to new areas regularly!
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
All our meals are vegetarian and prepared according to traditional Gujarati recipes. We use fresh ingredients and can accommodate some dietary preferences. Please contact us directly if you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, and we'll do our best to help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app. Go to Profile > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Any unused wallet credits will remain in your account if you decide to resubscribe later. We'd love to hear your feedback if you're leaving!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You can also use your wallet credits earned from skipped meals towards future orders.
